Of course quality cuisine is wonderful, but without attentive service it does not amount to a memorable dining experience.
Nowadays, there are many young travellers from all over the globe
looking for work in Pitlochry, and at Victoria's, only the very
best in waiting and hospitality professionals are employed.
Our kitchen team has a compliment of four chefs plus two kitchen assistants. Head chef is Florian Udrea, very abley assisted by 2nd Chef Adrian Musat, both of whom have been with us for several years now. Our two manageresses are Morag Black and Susan Craig, who along
with Fiona and Angus John ensure you will be served in a professional,
friendly and efficient manner. Staff training is done on site and
is a constant on-going committment to customers. At Victoria's the
aim is never to be complacent, and any feed back that may improve
standards in any way is very welcome.
Victoria's philospophy began with a desire to provide quality cuisine,
but in informal surroundings, with the emphasis on attentive, friendly,
high standards of service & hospitality. This continues today, and always will
continue to be, a work in progress.
Fiona, Angus John and their team greatly appreciate all their customers
who, on a daily basis continue to offer their support to Victoria's,
and to their committment to quality.
